QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

KEYSTROKES
QM Quality Management is designed to be used with any type IBM compatable
computer. Property management services would find this program very useful.
QM is an accounting system for property management services.
It handles accounts payable and receivable,cash disbursements,cash receipts
and debits and credits. Other features include a business phone directory
check writer, and rent payment journal,tenant and building databases, 11
different printed report with funct menus for LPT1 LPT2 RPT1.TXT RPT2.TXT
RPT3.TXT Devices, rent bills online Lease writer, eviction notices,
3day notices, Memo writer and much more.
This menu-driven reak estate property management system makes it easy to keep
track of tenants,expenses and rents paid and not paid.
You can add,edit and delete unit codes, ledger records and expense
categories.QM is an online accounting system all data is updated throughout the
system each time new information is entered.
QM is fast powerful simple but comprehensive way to keep records.Reports maybe
produced in chronological order e.g starting dates /ending dates
QM is being used extensively by California professional property managers.
There are a few keystrokes which you will want to remember.
On an entry form, complete each field by pressing the Enter key or the down
arrow key. If you want to back up through the fields, press the Esc key or
the up arrow key. If you press Esc from the first field, you will go to the
previous screen.
On a scrolling table, press Insert to add a new item, Delete to delete an item,
or Enter to change an item. To leave the table, press Esc. To scroll the
information, use the arrow keys, or the Page Up and Page Down keys.

Hard Disk for better ease of operation to RUN program type QM [enter]
Requires 512K of RAM memorym and Hard Disk.
To copy program to your hard disk, first make a new directory on hard disk:

Then copy files: [ copy A: *.* C:\QM ] NEXT TYPE OPEN1
To run program type [ QM ] ENTER
To erase the existing data, simply go to each scrolling table and press
the Delete key for each item in that table.
